Winter '10 LifeGroup: Art for Worship MEETS 6:30pm I would like to open my art studio, for a unique fellowship time with each other and the Lord. Have you ever wanted to take God's word or conversations, or experiences with Him and put it on canvas? Have you ever asked God to show you how to? Over the next several weeks in this small life group, we will have an opportunity to share the beauty of God's word and share with one another. Then let God show us His own unique way, as he does, to express it. I invite those of you that have this desire to join me in my studio. I only have room for four and myself. You will need to have your own supplies. Any media is welcome, watercolor, oil, acrylic, pen and ink, or any other media. Give me some indication as to the size of work you do, (only because I tend to work with large canvases). You will need to set aside three plus hours, for set up and take down. During this time we can pray, share God's word, a book, life, and just get to know each other. This is a way to share and express what God has put on your heart. Psalms 28:7, "The Lord is my strength and my shield; My heart trusts Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart exalts, and with my song, (art), I shall thank Him." |

In six captivating sessions, pastor and New York Times bestselling author Timothy Keller opens your eyes to the powerful message of Jesus' best-known and least understood parable.
